Gizzard Shad "Kohada" is about 25 cm long. Known by different names as it grows, such as "Konoshiro" for 7 to 10 cm, "Shinko" for 4 to 5 cm. Flat body like a leaf. notable big black speck and small specks lined on the body. They are essential ingredient for "Edomae" Sushi.

The patches can be ironed on cotton and polyester materials. Use a damp cloth under iron when ironing and be extra careful in the case of heat-sensitive materials. Machine-stitching is recommended to enhance strength.
