Once upon a time, goodwilled grandpa is looking for his beloved sparrow whose tongue was cut off by his neighbour, a hostile grandma. He reunites with his sparrow in a inn run by many sparrows. Feeling relieved and delighted, grandpa decides to head back when his sparrow offers him to choose a basket of different sizes for a gift home. Grandpa chooses the smallest and later finds that the basket is filled with gold.
