Patch／Pink Peony Rice Cakes

Large fragrant Peony flowers are glamorous and beautiful. Rich stamens deep in buds.

The outer is made from "Konashi"(a kneaded sweet) representing layered petals. There are also "Water Peony Sweets" in which pink bean paste expressing fresh flower color are seen through semi-transparent layered outer made from starch and agar.
