Patch／Flying Fish

Flying Fish "Tobiuo" is about 15-40 cm in length. 30 species living in waters around Japan. They jump out of water spreading pectoral fins and can fly for up to 100-300 meters and about 2 meters above sea surface. Good for sashimi, grilled with salt and fried. As well as processed for dried. They are also called "Ago" in Japanese and their soup stock is famous.
