| Cancel, Return or Exchange of products |
Once you completed a perches we do not accept any exchanges or cancellations. Refund or exchange is accepted only in the case of a defective item or if the wrong item was send by mistake. In such cases, please send us a photo of the damaged item and contact us within 7 days from receiving the products. In this case we will bear shipping fees. Please note that we will not accept any item back after the 7 days period. |
