Very popular among shiny fish. Salted and vinegared. Best in fall and winter.

In the best seasons, they are called "Fall Mackerel" and "Winter Mackerel" who are fatty and large. People used to ferment fish with rice for preservation before Edo style sushi appeared around 1716.

■Attention

The patches can be ironed on cotton and polyester materials. Use a damp cloth under iron when ironing and be extra careful in the case of heat-sensitive materials. Machine-stitching is recommended to enhance strength.
