Stole／Kasabake the umbrella yokai

A stole produced using traditional tie-dye techniques in Kyoto. This highly intricate piece reveals the underlying pattern in the bleached sections. The design features embroidered chain-stitched parasols and yokai umbrellas.

For this unique stole, we used Banshu-ori fabric from Nishiwaki, Hyogo Prefecture. Known for its fluffy, voluminous texture, this fabric is also remarkably light and airy, making it particularly desirable in the realms of traditional Japanese textiles and high-quality fabric.
