Patch／Okinawa Gymnodoris

Found in warm coastal waters of Japan, this distinctive sea slug grows to about 3–5 cm. Its white body is decorated with rows of purple spots and small raised bumps, edged with a vivid orange trim that gives it a bright, ornamental appearance.

With its gently undulating mantle and soft form, it moves gracefully along rocky reefs. It feeds mainly on sponges, and is commonly found in warm waters south of Honshu.

Inspired by these vivid natural colors, the patch is crafted using Japan engineered metallic and laminated embroidery yarn. The threads shift in tone with light and movement. Designed for versatile use, it can be applied as an iron-on patch or used as a sticker.
