Patch／Mountain Path Sweets

Made by rolling out a kneaded dough to wrap paste and shaping into a mountain.

Traditional Japanese sweets called "Yamaji" are made by rolling dough in to long blocks then they are transfers to a special mountain shaped mold called "barge" then cut in to thin slices.

■Attention

The patches can be ironed on cotton and polyester materials. Use a damp cloth under iron when ironing and be extra careful in the case of heat-sensitive materials. Machine-stitching is recommended to enhance strength.
