Patch／Spotted Halibut

Spotted Halibut "Hoshi-karei" is about 40 cm long. A flat body fish with rough surface due to it's ctenoid scales. Both eyes are located on the right side of the body. Soft fresh and simple taste is best suitable for sushi, stewed, fried, dried and so on.
