The posture known as 'Hankashiyui' where the fingertips of the right hand lightly touch the cheek in a thoughtful manner, symbolizes deep meditation and introspection, visually expressing the spirituality of Buddhism.

Yozan Miura is a world-renowned contemporary Buddhist sculptor from Kyoto, known for his innovative "Drone Buddha" depiction of Amida and the twenty-five floating Bosatsu, bringing Buddhist teachings to modern life.
