Round Patch／Bakeneko the goblin cat

This patch features bakeneko gathering on the veranda, embroidered with a scene of yokai background. Bakeneko are elderly cats that have transformed into yokai. Known for their supernatural abilities, bakeneko can shape-shift into humans and even speak human language. White cats are particularly prone to transformation. Legend says they derive their powers from the moon, and people used to fear cats that gazed at the moon.
