Patch／Tamba Chestnuts

Used in Kyoto dishes and Japanese sweets. The king of Japanese chestnuts. Grown in Tamba area of Kyoto.
Soft and sweet chestnuts, fall delicacy, have been regarded as lucky and expensive foods to be presented to the court and Shogunate government for a long time. It was actually written in the oldest chronicle of Japan.
